About the foundation

Charity Foundation "Helping Hand for Homeless Animals" was founded in 2013. We're working to save the lives of cats and dogs all across the Penza Oblast, giving pets second chances and happy homes.

Our Center «Pet» is a basic program for affordable sterilizations, emergency assistance to injured animals, and the search for a new home for cats and dogs. The mission of our foundation is to create a comfortable urban environment for life, both human and animal, which is a full member of the ecosystem.
