    Matvey is 6 years old. Since birth, he has been struggling with the consequences of severe medical complications. As an infant, the boy was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He has undergone neurosurgical operations, shunting, and has experienced seizures.

    Matvey cannot walk independently—only with the help of Mama. He really wants to run and play with other children, but for now, he cannot do so…
