Mustafa underwent a successful operation to treat retinopathy of prematurity at a clinic in St Petersburg. This disease, which often occurs in premature babies, can lead to serious deterioration of vision or its complete loss. The surgery was necessary to prevent irreversible consequences and save the boy's vision.

Now Mustafa has a chance to save his sight and enjoy the bright colours of the world!

Mustafa needs another surgery to save his eyesight!

The boy was born at 27 weeks and was in intensive care and neonatal pathology for a long time.Retinopathy of the 5th degree was detected in both eyes at the age of 3 months. Treatment was started at the place of residence. Organ-preserving treatment in Russia was continued.

One of the retinopathy surgeries has already been paid for by kind tubers, and this was an important step towards restoring his sight. Now the baby needs the next stage of surgery to continue his treatment.

Mustafa's family is unable to cover the cost of treatment on their own and your support could be crucial.
