Dear Tubers! Thanks to your willingness to help, we were able to pay for baby Asmoa's spinal surgery.

Asmoa was born with a developmental anomaly and curvature of the spine. As she grew older, severe deformation developed. Several surgeries were required to improve the girl's health.

The surgeries are aimed at restoring the normal anatomical position of the vertebrae, reducing the angle of curvature, improving mobility and eliminating instability in the spine.

The surgical manipulations performed allowed to reduce headaches and back pain, and improved the girl's well-being.

Despite the fact that not everything has been corrected yet, the girl can lead a more active lifestyle and not suffer from debilitating pain.

Asmoah needs surgery to remove her hump

Our little girl Asmoa is four years old. Since birth, her spine has been severely curved. The curvature and multiple developmental anomalies of the cervical and thoracic spine form a hump, and there is practically no neck.

The situation can only be corrected by surgery.

Asmoa has already flown in for a consultation at the Turner Children's Traumatology and Orthopedics Center. After the examination, she returned home to Dushanbe to treat other diseases that were discovered.

And now the girl is ready for surgery. Surgeons are ready to perform it. It is necessary to remove the curvature and fix the vertebrae with special implants.

Such a high-tech procedure is too expensive for the family.
