Thank you so much for helping families in difficult situations! Many of them live in houses with stove heating. To keep warm in the winter, they need to stock up on firewood.

It may not seem like a big purchase. But when there are many difficulties - health problems, difficulties in finding a job in the countryside - even this expense becomes unaffordable. At the same time, it is very difficult to survive the cold weather without a supply of firewood, and an unheated house can lead to the removal of a child to an orphanage.

Thanks to your support 8 families in crisis from Smolensk region will spend the winter in warmth! We bought 50 cubic meters of firewood for them. This will be enough for all the coldest months. Thank you!

Campaign information

Help families in difficult life situations prepare for the cold so that their children stay at home!

Autumn will soon come, and villagers will start preparing for winter and cold weather. This includes our beneficiaries - families in difficult life situations from the Smolensk region. Most of them live in old, poorly insulated houses without gas boilers and are heated with wood stoves. Therefore, the only way to keep warm is to make a stock of firewood for the winter.

But not every family can prepare for the onset of cold weather. Often our beneficiaries, who for various reasons found themselves in a difficult life situation, do not have the opportunity to buy firewood for the heating season. At the same time, a cold house can become a reason for removing a child to an orphanage.

The “Our Children” Foundation helps the families under its care to prepare for the cold weather so that the children stay with their parents and never end up in an orphanage! Now 10 families from the Smolensk region need support. Each of them needs to buy 5 cubes of firewood for the heating season.

Let's together give the families warmth to keep the children at home!
