Anush's family has faced many trials. In 2014, she experienced lower back pain and went to the hospital for an MRI. It turned out her back was fine, but there were issues with her lymph nodes. She was then diagnosed with lymphoblastic leukemia.
For treatment, the family moved to Saint Petersburg. After 6 courses of chemotherapy, they managed to achieve remission, and it was possible to return home. But the troubles didn't end there: in 2019, Anush had a relapse, and additionally in 2020, her husband suffered a stroke. In February 2022, they had to leave home again to go to Moscow.
