Thanks to your support and generosity, this amazing boy was able to undergo a much-needed course of rehabilitation therapy. Your help and care allowed him to make one more important step on the way to social adaptation and development of communication skills. We are sure that the results of this course will be as positive as the previous ones and Khamzat will be able to continue to please his relatives with new achievements.

Khamzat needs a course of rehabilitation to learn to speak and understand other people

Khamzat was born prematurely. He spent the first three weeks of his life on a ventilator and then spent a month in intensive care. When he was two years old, doctors diagnosed him with autism spectrum disorder.

Now Hamzat is almost 8 years old. After several courses of rehabilitation, he has learnt to establish eye contact, to point at something with his finger. The child has improved his understanding of speech and learnt to speak in short phrases.

In order to further develop social skills, individual abilities and increase the level of independence in everyday life, Hamzat needs to continue rehabilitation therapy.
