Semyon is only 7 years old and has thrombocytopenia. A disease in which the blood has a low clotting ability. Even a small cut or bruise can lead to bleeding that cannot be stopped.

Semyon has already undergone a course of treatment, all blood counts have stabilized, but after only 2 weeks everything happened again, Semyon was again admitted to the ward. Now Semyon is not allowed to leave the sterile box because of the bad tests. Any abrasion or infection can result in painful treatment and severe complications.

So far, none of the drugs that have been tried to treat Semyon have had the desired results. It was decided to start stimulating the boy's bone marrow with the drug Revoleid, so that his platelets would not constantly drop to life-threatening levels.
