Olga is an athlete, a master of sports in rhythmic gymnastics. She has always been active and has never been seriously ill. But during her first pregnancy, all her blood counts began to drop. Doctors carried out additional examinations, but they could not make a diagnosis. Olga gave birth to a healthy son, recovered quickly and decided that all the bad things were behind her.
A few years later, Olga became pregnant again, and everything happened again - bad tests, risk of bleeding. Specialists seriously feared for the woman's life and put her in the hospital for observation. The tests showed that Olga had a rare blood disease. She was prescribed therapy that helped her cope with the disease. Olga gave birth to a daughter and hoped that this time all the problems had definitely receded.
But a year ago, Olga's hemoglobin dropped sharply again. This time the woman was given a much more severe diagnosis. Olga has myelodysplastic syndrome, which can transform into blood cancer. Olga is undergoing the necessary therapy, she is constantly receiving blood transfusions, but in order to completely defeat the disease, she needs a bone marrow transplant.
For the preparation and delivery of the transplant it is necessary to pay a large sum of money, which Olga does not have.
