On January 13, the son was admitted to the intensive care unit due to an infection in the lungs, where the child had a respiratory arrest. At the hospital, he was immediately connected to a ventilator to stabilize blood oxygen saturation. The saturation level was brought back to normal, but the doctors agreed to discharge the Emir from the hospital only on condition that there would be a ventilator at home. Thanks to your support, we managed to buy the device, and now my son is at home. We are all very happy about this. We wish you good health, well-being and good luck!"

The Emir was in intensive care, an urgent purchase of NIVL is needed

Emir is 13 years old and has cerebral palsy.

On January 13, 2024, the Emir was admitted to the intensive care unit in an ambulance with a diagnosis of bilateral pneumonia.

The pneumonia was cured, but the Emir continues to be in the hospital because he needs a non-invasive mechanical ventilation device. He still has pulmonary insufficiency after the disease also due to grade 4 scoliosis of the spine. We are ready to let the Emir go home only on condition that we have our own NIVL apparatus. Unfortunately, the hospital does not deal with the Emir in any way – they do not do physical therapy or massage. The boy developed contractures, hypertonus twisted him.

Your parents ask you to help with the purchase of the NIVL device so that the Emir can return home before he has irreversible consequences.
