Friends, within this project you have managed to help a lot of people. You paid for the installation of a video surveillance system in the wards of children left without parental care. Such children are being cared for in the hospital without adults and it was difficult for the medical staff to react quickly to the signals coming from the ward without video surveillance. Now the supervision of the children has been taken out by nurses, and the ability to record and store information for a whole week will allow the hospital management to monitor the quality of care for orphans.

A pleasant surprise for us was the decision of the company that provided the installation of video surveillance system, to make a discount to our fund, and for the released amount we were able to equip the existing fire safety system of the hospital with special cordless lights. This is also very important for the safety of the children in the hospital.

About the campaign

The children's hospital, where orphans are treated, needs our help. For better care and control of the babies, they need a video surveillance system in the wards

Novorossiysk Children's Hospital has special wards... Children without parental care receive treatment there. These are babies who lost their parents immediately after birth, and older children who are also deprived of parental warmth. The staff of the hospital tries very hard to provide such patients with maximum care and attentiveness, but the hospital staff does not have permanent nurses, hired exclusively for children without parents. The whole load of work with orphans falls on nurses and assistants. And we know with you that their employment is very tight, designed for all patients in the department. During the day at the hospital volunteers help, at night the ward is left without adults. Quarantine has shown how defenseless the system is in front of force majeure - volunteers could no longer come, and it was very difficult for the kids to recover without additional attention from adults. The head doctor of the hospital asked us to install a video surveillance system in the orphanage wards so that the staff could react quickly to various signals coming from these wards. It is a kind of baby monitor that mommy needs even with one child at home. The chief physician explained to us that the hospital had only been allocated funding for a video surveillance system around the perimeter of the building; unfortunately, no funding was provided for the orphanage wards.
