Kostya is an orphan since recently. His father died and his mother was deprived of parental rights. The boy was brought to the orphanage in Kemerovo (Siberia) together with his sister. Kostya has spina bifida. The boy came to Moscow last November for a sound medical checkup. In January he was examinated by a neuro-urologist and needs additional examinations from other specialists. He is staying now in the social center of our foundation. Thanks to your help the nanny is takes care of him around the clock and supports him during checkups in the hospital.

Kostya has spina bifida. He needs nanny during medical examination

11-year-old Kostya is an orphan, he lives in an orphanage. He is a sociable, smiling and kind boy.

Kostya has spina bifida and he gets around in a wheelchair. The boy is now undergoing examination at the Research Institute in the spina bifida department in Moscow. After there will be a case conference. Kostya is undergoing such a detailed examination for the first time in his life. Doctors are identifying the causes of the disorders and looking to see how much Kostya can recover.

The Road of Life Foundation provided Kostya with a nanny. She is with Kostya around the clock in the hospital, and in between examinations – in the Social center of the Road of Life Foundation. Without the help of a nanny, the examination would not have been possible.
