The "Good Doctor" programme took place in Vladikavkaz.

Thanks to the programme, 35 patients with complex diagnoses (CMA, Duchenne myodystrophy, myopathy, cerebral palsy, etc.) received multidisciplinary consultations from highly qualified specialists from the Russian Federation. multidisciplinary consultations of highly qualified specialists from federal centres in Moscow. federal centres of Moscow: neurologist, respiratory support specialist, orthopaedist, rehabilitation specialist, etc. neurologist, respiratory support specialist, orthopaedist, rehabilitation specialist and occupational therapist. Additionally, for young patients online consultations with a nutritionist were organised.

Children from North Ossetia need specialized consultations from specialists

«The Good Doctor» is an important systemic project aimed at improving the lives of children with serious illnesses living in various regions of the country, since very often in the regions where patients live there is a shortage of qualified specialists and families are forced to travel to Moscow for consultations with the necessary doctors.

As part of the project, a visiting group of specialists was organized: a neurologist, a pulmonologist, rehabilitation specialists, a specialist in the selection and adjustment of technical means of rehabilitation (TSR), an orthopedist, and a program curator.

Now the doctors are planning to travel to North Ossetia for specialized work: providing consultations to 30 families with seriously ill children, as well as exchanging experience with the local medical community for the subsequent practical application of knowledge for the entire patient community, which will ensure the consistency and scale of the assistance provided.
