Nikita is 16 years old. The guy has been living in an orphanage since birth. Mom did not dare to take such a difficult child home. Nikita has nothing left but to patiently live with his diagnoses. Due to his illness, the guy lost a lot of weight. Nikita has been suffering for quite a few years due to extremely low body weight. Due to severe deformities and exhaustion of the child, doctors from his region did not dare to take the operation to install a gastrostomy.

In February, Nikita was admitted to the palliative care unit in Ryazan to feed him a therapeutic mixture under the supervision of doctors. Nikita managed to gain a little weight and in April he was diagnosed with a temporary gastrostomy, due to severe deformities, stomach problems. As soon as the wound heals a little, Nikita is ready to have a low-profile gastrostomy.

Nikita still needs medical nutrition. According to doctors' calculations, he needs 30 cans per month.
