Valera is 3 years old, he has damage to the central nervous system and cerebral palsy.

The smiling kid loves to watch TV, swim in the pool and bath. But lately Valera has become very restless. The intake of potent drugs had a strong effect on the condition of the boy's teeth, he developed a severe toothache.
