Barsbeck has retinopathy. This eye disease requires constant monitoring and periodic surgeries.

Recently, Barsbek has undergone two eye surgeries alternately, with an interval of a year.

Barsbek's attending physician at LOGBUZ, a children's hospital in St. Petersburg, notes positive dynamics after operations and an improvement in the boy's general condition. However, systematic examinations remain a necessary preventive measure in order not to miss the moment of possible vision deterioration.

The surgical intervention relieved the child of pain in the eyes and periodic inflammatory processes.

Barsback needs eye surgery to restore his vision!

Barsbeck is 1.5 years old. The boy was born prematurely, and as is often the case in such cases, it affected the child's vision.

Doctors diagnosed him with retinopathy of prematurity degree 5 in both eyes. The baby has already had two surgeries, and another one is due soon. Timely treatment can restore vision by 10-15%! Compared to blindness, this is a great benefit!

Barsbek is a very inquisitive child, he likes to be talked to and played with. He recognizes all his toys by touch.

Let's help the child to see this world, to orient himself freely in space, to have an opportunity to live a full life, to run, play, learn!
