The boy has epidermolysis bullosa, a genetic disease that affects the skin, disrupting the connection between its layers. Because of this, any sudden movement, even just a careless hug, is fraught with wounds for him. For a small child who is just exploring the world around him, such a life is a constant challenge.

Thanks to you, he received medicines that will last for two months - and during this time he will be able to forget about the pain and do his favorite things!

Abdullah needs dressings and medicines to protect his skin!

Abdullah, 5: epidermolysis bullosa, a genetic disease that affects the skin, disrupting the connection between its layers. Because of this, any sudden movement, even just a careless hug, is fraught with wounds for him.

Wounds in epidermolysis bullosa are similar to burns, so the same atraumatic dressings are used for dressings as in burn centers. In addition to them, dressings require several types of elastic bandages and special soft pads for traumatic places.

Daily dressings keep the boy's skin in good condition and prevent the development of infection in existing wounds. This is both care, treatment and a second skin - a soft cocoon that protects further from damage. The bandages help Abdullah live the life of a normal child: move more, play and walk.

Abdullah's older sister, Aishat, has the same diagnosis. And it is very difficult for Abdulla's parents to provide both children with all the necessary medicines financially. Therefore, even a small donation is very valuable for the baby and his family.
