Aisha has enrolled for a state-financed course in baking technology. In order for the woman to study, she needs to get her younger daughter into day care, at least for half a day. She is one and a half years old and cannot go to ordinary kindergartens. There is only a possibility to put her in a kindergarten, which costs 15 thousand dollars a month.
