On 1 September, cardiologists corrected a congenital heart defect in little Muminjon and the baby is now feeling fine. As he was born prematurely, he will have to undergo a series of surgeries to correct all the anomalies.

The baby is now being seen by paediatricians and has regular check-ups. The next operation is to be done in 4 months. Meanwhile Muminjon is on the mend and pleases his parents with good appetite and good mood.

Muminjohn needs urgent heart surgery

Seven-month-old Muminjohn was born with numerous congenital abnormalities, but his loving parents are ready to fight for their son's health.

The situation is complicated because the boy's gastrointestinal tract is underdeveloped and the structure of the sections of his heart is impaired. This led to his heart stopping during colon surgery. Doctors managed to save Muminjohn. The child was in intensive care for a fortnight, but even now his heart is failing regularly.

Therefore, Muminjohn needs urgent surgery to remove the heart defect. Without it, the baby has almost no chance of survival.

Unfortunately, his parents can't afford the operation. Only the father works in the large family. All the money saved for his son's treatment has been used up. Friends, acquaintances and neighbours are helping as much as they can, but they have not managed to raise the necessary amount.
