Adam has been ill from birth with epidermolysis bullosa, a rare ailment that causes the skin to become fragile, like butterfly wings, and any movement, even the arms of his mother, can injure her. But his parents did not find out about the diagnosis right away - the doctors at the maternity hospital could not determine the disease.

Attempts to cope with the disease on their own did not lead to anything - out of desperation, even sea buckthorn oil was used. It was only after learning about the Foundation that Adam began to receive the necessary treatment. And thanks to you, the boy now has much-needed bandages and creams to help protect his fragile skin!

Adam was diagnosed with epidermolysis bullosa. “That’s how I found out about the existence of this disease and about the Butterfly Children Foundation,” says Adam’s mother, “and our life changed: they began to treat my son correctly, the foundation explained to me how to care for the baby, and they began to supply means for care and dressings . And now we are almost 2 years old, we live and enjoy life, Adam grows and becomes more fun every day.

In order for Adam and his family to continue living a normal life, the boy needs daily dressings. Epidermolysis bullosa is a genetic, incurable disease that makes the skin very vulnerable. Any touch threatens the appearance of damage.
