Selima underwent a three-week rehabilitation course at the Adeli Centre. As a result of the rehabilitation treatment the girl is showing positive dynamics. Her muscles have strengthened, she holds her hands well on all fours, her psycho-emotional background is brighter, she stands confidently on the supports.

Thank all the toobers for the help, without you Selima's family would not have made it. She still has a long way to go before she is fully independent, but step by step she will overcome it.

Selima needs rehabilitation

When little Selima was 6 months old, she was diagnosed with microcephaly. However, doctors later revised the diagnosis and diagnosed her with an organic CNS lesion and delayed speech and cognitive activity.

Neurological disorders affect a child's motor, speech and intellectual abilities. But modern techniques help to partially or completely cure such disorders. It is impossible to leave CNS lesions untreated, because the condition may worsen.

For several years, the mother has been fighting for Selima's health. Through numerous rehabilitations and persistence, Selima has learned to hold her head and back independently. The exercises are going well for the girl, and everyone is noticing progress. Selima stands a good chance to get back on her feet, that's why she needs to continue her rehabilitation.

Little girl needs all the help we can give for the next stay at Adel Rehabilitation Centre. Let's support Selima! Everyone's participation will help her to stand and walk in the future.
