Thanks to the help of Tooba subscribers, Damir Buliskeria received the necessary antifungal treatment. His condition significantly improved, his fever, which had long ranged from 39 to 40, 5 degrees fell, his enlarged liver and spleen came back to their normal size. Damir was able to return to schoolwork, his favorite drawing, and recently doctors allowed him to take short walks in the hospital yard. "I can't find the words to express all my feelings, all my gratitude to those who helped to raise money for my grandson's treatment. After all, these are strangers, but they were not indifferent to our distress. It is impossible to see a child suffering from pain and fever. Damir needs treatment to beat the infection!

In 7 years of his life, Damir Buliskeriya has undergone 21 operations of varying purposes and severity: from removal of gall bladder, adhesions in the intestines, to the installation of stomas, without which he cannot live yet. Tubes sticking out of his abdomen have become customary, Damir perceives them as part of his body. Damir's illnesses are congenital: caudal regression syndrome, short bowel syndrome. Because of these pathologies his condition constantly changes: from good, when he runs and laughs, like all children, to severe - with bouts of pain, fever up to 40 degrees. Damir dreamed of celebrating the New Year at home with his mother. His grandmother had already bought tickets, but Damir's condition dramatically worsened. His temperature remained at 40.5 for several days, and he had severe pains in his stomach, back and legs. The boy had to be hospitalized urgently. Damir was diagnosed with a fungal infection, his liver and spleen were enlarged. He is in need of an expensive and prolonged treatment.
