Dowudhozha has had surgery on one eye! The operation will save the boy's eyesight.

Dowudhozha was born early on May 22, 2021, in Tashkent, weighing 2500 grams and 41 cm tall.

At 4 months, an ophthalmologist found out that Dowudhozha had retinopathy of prematurity degree 5. His mother was advised to take her baby to Saint Petersburg, as this disease is not treated in Uzbekistan.

All treatment in Russia for CIS citizens has to be paid for. The family has many children. Dowudhozha's mother raises three children alone and it was difficult for her to raise such a sum on her own. But she really believed that she could save her son's eyesight.

Dovudhozha was born prematurely - on May 22, 2021 in Tashkent, at 36 weeks weighing 2500 grams, 41 cm tall. Immediately after birth, the baby was placed in intensive care unit and within 5 days he was treated for lung insufficiency due to a severe infection and a hematoma on his head. Then the boy was transported to the Tashkent Children's Hospital of the 5th Perinatal Center for nursing. At 4 months, an eye doctor made an appointment and found out that Dovudhozha had retinopathy of prematurity degree 5. His mother was advised to take her child to Saint Petersburg, since this disease cannot be treated in Uzbekistan. All treatment in Russia for CIS citizens has to be paid for. Dovudhozha has a large family, her mother raises three children on her own and it is difficult for her to raise such a sum on her own. But she believes she will succeed in saving her son's eyesight. Let's all together help the boy to see this world and his mother's loving eyes!
