Shamil has delayed psychoverbal development (DPVD); he needs rehabilitation to develop his speech, thinking, and social skills

Shamil is 6 years old. He was born and grew up a healthy child, but at 1 year and 3 months he contracted a rotavirus infection, after which he experienced developmental regression: the boy stopped responding to his name and lost the words he had previously spoken. At age 3, he was diagnosed with 'delayed psycho-speech development' (DPSD).

Currently, Shamil is undergoing comprehensive medical treatment and has already completed a rehabilitation course. Specialists note positive progress. However, the family has begun to experience financial difficulties, and unfortunately, the parents will not be able to pay for the next course on their own.
