Sapirkhan has psychological and speech development disorders, with general speech underdevelopment at level 1, accompanied by pronounced behavioral and emotional disturbances. The parents became alarmed when, at the age of three, the child did not respond to his name, did not understand spoken language addressed to him, and ignored those around him, averting his gaze. Sapirkhan had no words or sentences and showed no interest in communicating with other children.
Now the boy is 6 years old. In public places, he often cries and lies on the floor, thus indicating that he wants to go home. He very rarely makes contact with other people. The boy prefers to play alone and quickly loses interest in toys. He cries to get attention. Sapirkhan is selective in everything, especially food.
Sapirkhan is in great need of an intensive rehabilitation course, which should include sessions with specialists in sensory integration, adaptive physical education, a speech therapist, and a special education teacher.
