Mutali has been developing with special needs since birth. He has cerebral palsy, spastic left-sided hemiparesis at GMFCS level 3, delayed psycho-speech development, and impaired speech articulation.

The boy walks unsteadily, often falls, and drags his left leg when walking. Weakness and limited movement in his left limbs, fatigue, and restlessness are also noted.

Mutali has undergone rehabilitation several times at the Sakura Center in Chelyabinsk, and positive progress was observed after each course. He now needs to continue sessions aimed at developing his motor and speech skills.

The family also needs help paying for train tickets for Mutali and his mother.
