Polina is an adopted girl with Daun syndrome. She needs rehabilitation to improve her speech skills!

Polina was born with Daun syndrome. Her parents were not prepared to raise a special needs child, so the girl ended up in an orphanage.

When her adoptive mother took Polina into the family, the girl could neither sit nor stand. But thanks to care and regular rehabilitation, significant progress was achieved: Polina began to communicate with other children, started to speak, and her gross motor skills improved. Now Polina is 10 years old. She does music, swims, and attends a special needs school. The girl has learned a lot in terms of daily living and social skills.

Due to congenital pathologies, studying is difficult for her. Regular rehabilitation sessions help Polina develop physically and intellectually, interact better with others, and become more independent. Now she needs a new course of rehabilitation: sessions with a speech therapist, the Brifabiliti program, and a consultation with a neurologist. For a child with Daun syndrome, such rehabilitation is necessary to eliminate hidden oxygen deficiency, strengthen the muscle corset, and create a physiological foundation for speech development.

Polina's mother is raising her alone, so all expenses—including rehabilitation, education, and activities—fall on her shoulders.
