Rayona has stage 5 retinopathy—a disease that seriously threatens her vision. To fight it, Rayona has already undergone five eye surgeries—each time, it is a hope that her sight can be preserved. Now she needs another operation.

The family is doing everything they can: the father works as a laborer, and the mother juggles her studies with all the doctor visits and endless efforts to care for her treatment. But they cannot afford the costs of further hospitalization.
