Veronica, who is now three years old, has been under the patronage of the foundation since the moment when her mother was diagnosed with the future baby, spina bifida, on ultrasound. All this time, the family is accompanied by an employee of the Home Visiting program: he accompanies the mother on all medical issues, helps to find the right ways of therapy and stimulate the progress of the girl.
To ensure that such regular assistance is not interrupted for the rest of the wards, a team leader is needed. He organizes visit routes, controls the schedules of specialists, and makes sure that no family is left without support on the difficult path, and that children do not waste precious time.
