Yasha needs an expensive examination to prepare for surgery

Yasha is 8 years old. He has several complex diagnoses, one of which is epilepsy.

At the age of 2 months, the boy began to experience the progression of hydrocephalus of the brain and in the first year of life he underwent 4 brain surgeries. After rehabilitation, Yasha began to develop and slowly catch up with his peers. He learned long poems, sang beautifully and went to contact with children.

And at the age of 5, severe epileptic seizures began, lasting from an hour and more. The seizures greatly affected everything: speech and behavior changed, a lot was forgotten, it became impossible to go to classes, public places - Yasha could lie down abruptly and roll around, screaming at the top of his voice anywhere. The parents found an epileptologist and a psychiatrist who were able to figure it out and diagnose ASD and OCD.

Yasha is in the 1st grade of a specialized school, trying to find a common language with her peers. He's artistic and smart. However, many things are difficult. Now doctors recommend Yasha brain surgery again. For this it is necessary to carry out an expensive examination: 3-day video-EEG monitoring.

Parents have exhausted their financial capabilities in the search for treatment and ask for help in paying for the research.
