Timurbek has completed his rehabilitation following a complex heart surgery. Thanks to your support, he has been able to regain his strength after treatment and take an important step toward returning to his normal life.

Timurbek was born with a congenital heart defect—a ventricular septal defect. He underwent surgery to close the defects in the septum and to repair two heart valves. After such a procedure, the body needs time to regain its strength, which is why rehabilitation has become an important part of his recovery. The doctors have noted a significant improvement in his condition.

Thank you to everyone who supported the fundraiser on Tooba! We’re glad that Timurbek has completed this important stage of his treatment. May he have many more opportunities to meet with friends, pursue his passion for robotics, and enjoy the simple joys of boyhood.

Timurbek has undergone heart surgery. He now needs rehabilitation

Timurbek was born with a heart defect – a ventricular septal defect. He recently underwent a complex operation, which was funded in part by the ‘Children’s Hearts’ charity. The operation was a success, but now an equally important stage begins – ecovery.

Timurbek is weak following the operation, and his recovery is proving difficult. Doctors recommend a course of rehabilitation. This will help his body regain strength and avoid complications.

Timurbek is a kind and open-hearted boy. He has many friends, loves socializing and is keen on robotics. Due to his illness, he has had to live with limitations for a long time, but he rarely complains and tries to stay in good spirits. Rehabilitation is not free for the family, as they are not citizens of Russia. His mother is raising three children on her own, and their income is only enough for the bare essentials. Timurbek really needs this rehabilitation to recover and return to normal life.
