Adil and Emir underwent surgeries to have their titanium plates removed!

Thanks to your support, Adil and Emir have had the titanium plates—which previously helped hold their skull bones in the correct position following reconstructive surgeries—removed.

Now that the bones have stabilized in the proper position, the plates are no longer needed. Removing them allows the skull to continue growing naturally.

Adil’s parents are already noticing positive changes: the shape of his head has become more symmetrical, and the asymmetry in his face has decreased. He has begun to speak better, reacts more calmly to various situations, and shows a greater interest in playing and interacting with other children.

Following the surgery, Emir’s condition has improved significantly. He has become calmer, is more eager to play, enjoys going for walks, and takes a greater interest in the world around him.

His family notes that he has grown more confident and finds it easier to return to typical childhood activities.
