Maralkan needed a heart valve replacement and a heart valve plasty. Due to lack of funds, she came very late, her condition was very serious. The operation was successful, but then the patient got worse and died without regaining consciousness. The clinic made an additional discount to pay for prosthetics, the rest of the amount was spent on Suerkulov's ward Stalbek.
