About the campaign

A collection to pay the salaries of a cook at a social canteen – he prepares food for lonely elderly people!

Every day, the Foundation's social canteens prepare hot meals for lonely elderly people. This work is repeated over and over again, with calmness, precision, and an understanding of the importance of regularity and quality.

The cook is the person who starts the day in the canteen. They are responsible for the taste and nutritional value of the meals that the elderly people look forward to. Their work may not be visible, but it sets the rhythm for the entire kitchen and makes the assistance possible.

It is important for older people to know that their meals will be prepared with care and respect, and that they will be served in a familiar, warm, and home-cooked manner. These details create a sense of care and trust.

We have launched a fundraising campaign to support the chefs at the social dining centers, ensuring that they continue to operate at their usual capacity.

Please support the elderly in need by helping them achieve a dignified retirement.
