Bilal is 8 years old. The boy's development was within the normal range, but at the age of 1.5, his development regressed, and all his skills and speech were lost.

Currently, Bilal has partial understanding of spoken language, but he is unable to dress himself, use the toilet, play with toys, or ride a scooter. He also has no contact with other children.

To overcome his developmental delay, Bilal requires the assistance of a behavioral analyst, specialists in adaptive physical education and sensory integration, and a speech therapist.
