The medicine therapy helped protect the weakened body after bone marrow transplantation. However, despite the long-awaited discharge from the hospital, Ksusha's struggle with the disease is not over yet. She and her mother flew to Krasnodar, where the next stage of treatment began — immunotherapy.

Ksenia needs therapy with a special medicine after bone marrow transplantation

Ksenia has acute lymphoblastic leukemia. She got sick in March, a year ago, shortly before her birthday. During this time, she underwent difficult treatment, including a bone marrow transplant.

"My mother's support helps me in the fight against the disease. Mom loves me very much and sets me on the right path," says Ksyusha.

She is currently under medical supervision. After the transplant, her immunity decreased, and the body cannot defend itself on its own. To avoid the development of a fungal infection, Cresemba therapy is needed, which it is important to start as soon as possible.
