Report

384 tubers supported our project aimed at improving the quality of life of lonely elderly people. Thanks to this, we were able to hire two more experienced social workers and pay them for their first month of work. This addition to our team has enabled us to take on 15 more elderly people, including those with limited mobility. Your support is an opportunity for the elderly to live at home, to be fed, neatly clothed, to live in a clean home and to be able to communicate with sensitive and attentive helpers. On behalf of our team and all our dear elderly people, who have received help thanks to you, we say thank you!

About the campaign

The Social Services for Single Older People need your support to pay social workers!

Our social care service for disabled and elderly people living alone has been operating in Novorossiysk for a long time and is very effective. Our social workers come to the homes of our elderly clients to help them with household chores, gardening, hygiene procedures and feeding them, as well as organising important medical consultations and doctor's appointments for the elderly. This kind of help is very important for our elderly residents of Novorossiysk, as we help those who are left without family care or have no relatives. Our service is an opportunity for the elderly to avoid a nursing home. This is a dream of many people. With the development of this programme, the number of enquiries from elderly people asking for our free social services package has increased considerably. And today we are desperately short of funds to pay for the necessary social worker staff. This levy will enable us to hire two more social workers and pay the salaries of these assistants as well as pay the related taxes and fees. Your support can make a difference in the quality of life of at least 15 single elderly people.
