Sunita talks about her work:

"The Ensemble Development section looks at personal issues that prevent the full and authentic participation in the creation of artistic work. Through Dance Therapy and other Healing Art forms we develop the tools to resolve concerns such as: the safe and effective partnering of others, resistance to creative work, personality differences, honest reporting of internal emotional life, issues of status and behaviour impact, and the taking of personal responsibility. Dance Therapy is a way of accessing emotions, images, memories, and information about ourselves that is stored in our bodies. The techniques promote the exploration of the connection between movement and feelings. Participants express and create their own dances, working individually or in small groups. Dance Therapy helps performers to experience a new sense of spaciousness in their inner world that enables them to live fully in the present with great acceptance of self."
