Britta Wenske studied voice and phonetics in Halle Germany. She also studied and taught at York University in Toronto where she worked with David Smukler and Eric Armstrong. Britta has been on the Faculty of the Canadian National Voice Intensive and now has her own voice studio in Vancouver. Britta teaches in the Linklater tradition and uses Susan Harper's Continuum work and other body work to guide her students to identify and release physical blocks that inhibit the voice. With blockages resolved, the actor can then discover the character's truth.
